It’s seriously awesome. Remember had it installed couple of months back. Never really used it but as of today, i’ll swear by it.

The way it works is pretty simple, download the software here (Mac/PC compatible), set your sharing preference; save to your computer, upload to FTP directly or use Screencast.com as a host.

As I tried using it for the video in this post, things really went on smoothly. All I needed to do in the end was to copy and paste this embed link to Wordpress’ text editor then I’m done.
